Menopause doesn't have to be a struggle there are some simple steps that you can take to reduce your symptoms and enjoy this next stage of life and it doesn't need to include taking any pills or potions. You have the ability to be in control of your health simply by choosing what you put in your body, the way that you move, the toxins that you expose your body to, the amount of stress you have in your life and your mindset around ageing and menopause.
