We love to take action.  Take action with us with this week's baby step. Notice a complaint that you have multiple times throughout the week — it can be one that’s in your head, or one you can’t seem to stop talking about. Break it down — what about this situation is making you unhappy? Can you do something about it? If “yes”, can you do something about it now/today? If “no”, what can you do to change your outlook about the situation, or when can you change the actual situation in the future? Also, take note of how this exercise makes you feel energetically.
