Solange earned a Ph.D. in Management from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a BA in International Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the MBA programs at Columbia, USC and NYU and is a Distinguished Principal Research Fellow at The Conference Board. She has been a board director, chaired the Audit and Compensation Committees of two public companies, held the CHRO position at three, and was part of the leadership team (National Director) at EY and Arthur Andersen.
