Tabitha Liburd is a born again Christian, wife, sister, aunt, sister-friend, attorney and conflict manager. Having been an attorney for over 26 years, she  noticed how the litigation process affected relationships, and that many relationships were never the same after the case closed.   Tabitha trained as a mediator +14 years ago, has a Masters in Conflict Management, and now helps professional women of faith who are overwhelmed by workplace conflict lead thriving teams with confidence.  Tabitha's  mission is to create a platform where professionals can learn, support, connect and grow through constructive and collaborative discussions on conflict.  so they can grow, achieve new breakthroughs, and live the lives they love!
