Dr Bibhu Routray was the Former Deputy Director of India's National Security Council Secretariat of the Prime Minister Office working on India's national and South Asian security affairs. He is now Murdoch University's Inaugural ICCR Chair of India Studies and Visiting Professor and Director of Mantraya. He sits down to share his expertise on the great power relations between India and China and the emerging challenges in the South Asian neighbourhood.
