Tamara Yang is the Senior Vice President of Delivery at Compass Data Center, a company that provides data centers from edge deployments to core facilities serving hyperscale, cloud and enterprise customers. Prior to joining Compass, Tamara served as VP of Organizational Development for Balfour Beatty. Prior to entering the construction industry, Tamara served in the Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, she holds a B.S. in Physics and a M.S. in Human Resources Management.
