The first episode of 2019 features Kyle Gray from Casual Animal Brewing Company in the Crossroads District of KC. Stop in for a delicious beer (or ten) before or after any event downtown or make the brewery your event for the day. Kyle and his wife, Lara opened the taproom just shy of a year ago. I wish them the best of luck moving forward. As I am working my way into improving this podcast, I want to thank Kyle for letting me come in on a day they were closed and pouring me some beer to try while interviewing.
