In March 2016, we connected with Mark Kastel of Wisconsin's Cornucopia Institute in Ojai, California. He was at Farmer and the Cook cafe & organic market to present a talk on Protecting the Integrity of Organic Farming and lead a discussion with the assembled audience of activist foodies.
