Taken to a new level by the “Abraham Accords,” the notion of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam as Abrahamic religions has become newly prominent. The idea has roots in the Qur’an itself; but does it have a solid theological basis or practical utility? Is the figure of Abraham a symbol of unity or difference?
