With a fluctuating market, crippling student debt, and housing availability, the option to buy homes in low-income areas have become a viable option for first time buyers…que today’s episode- gentrification. Love it, hate it, or don’t understand it, gentrification is not necessarily a new trend. But today we want to further examine the correlation between gentrification and race (because, after all, that’s kind of our thing).
