This mini episode we are talking with Jesse Colin Young. Jess began the Youngbloods in the mid 60s and had hits like Get Together & Darkness Darkness along with an extensive solo career that is still going today. Jess just re-recorded his famous Youngblood's song; Get Together with his friend Steve Miller, with 100% of the proceeds going to the WhyHunger charity started by Harry Chapin in the early 80s. Jesse also talks about opening for Led Zeppelin, the day his home burned down in a devastating fire and how he was one of the original founders of the No Nukes Concerts.
