John Herdman is the head coach of Canada's men's national soccer team. Having coached New Zealand's women's national team to two FIFA World Cups in 2007 and 2011, Herdman then took the head coaching role overseeing Canada's women's program. Under his stewardship, Canada won gold at the PanAm Games, won back-to-back bronze medals at the Olympic Games, and hosted a home World Cup.
