John Massengale is Architect, urban designer, and author out of New York City. He is a former board member of CNU, one of the earliest town architects of Seaside, FL and the co-author of Street Design, The Secret to Great Cities and Towns with Victor Dover. John is an expert and has much to say about what makes great cities. John has years practicing architecture and processing streets all over the world - his diversity of experience and skills across architecture forms in unbelievable. John has no shortage of ideas and has been publishing his ideas and work in some of the best news sources. In this episode we talk about open streets, slow new york, and what the pandemic can do for our cities. John has specific plans to make New York City a walk-able, friendly, place.
