Grind Solo "The Brand of Self Awareness" is all about self love and mindfulness. Self love is taking action on those things that inspire you. Mindfulness is living in the present moment and not letting your past define you. ​ At the Core, we are all looking to feel significant. Sometimes we experience aspects of our life that make us feel less significant. Our mission is to remind you that you are significant so you can maximize everything around you. Many of us have stories where we are victims. The Grind Solo Hero Podcast will shift that victim perspective into a heroes perspective.
