Welcome to Season 3.In this season we will be looking at how we can make changes in our lives. We will be asking questions of ourselves that require us to look at how we do things.Also, we will begin to figure out how to change ourselves. Through making these changes in our personal lives how it can and will allow us to make changes in our workplaces.We will work on changing ourselves for the better and being more and more true to who we are. How can we be more proud of who we are? Is the person we show others the true us or do we put up an act in order to fit the mold?These are just some of the exciting questions that we will tackle this season. Also as we move forward in this season we will continue some of the technical aspects of the show and speak about managing and leading through change. In this turbulent and ever-changing environment that we work and lead in, we need to be equipped and prepared to roll out changes.
