Tea Time ~ I'm about to drop a new perspective on leadership, in my white fluffy robe, no makeup & coffee breath! It's all about how we balance our lives to be of greatest service to all others. So many times we see leadership as leading others, but the most important aspect of leadership truly is learning to lead yourself...knowing that this in turn is supporting all others in your family, your community, your life.
