Nikita is joined by Jerome from Structure Coffee Roasters and from East Coast Coffee Madness fame to learn a bit more about coffee - where it grows, how it's grown, how does it get to the consumer and how does it interact with politics. Jerome brings a fresh perspective as someone who studied Anthropology and Chemistry, has worked on the retail side and has had direct interaction with the very farmers who grow coffee. His particular experience on the ground is in Colombia and so we take on briefly the FARC (a Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia People's Army) who have been around since the '60s.
