In this weeks episode is all about the importance of having out LGBTQ educators in schools. For many young children they go all of their lives without a role model similar to them. Often times educators are some of the best models for children and including educators from diverse walks of life can greatly benefit the health of all children. In this episode we discuss a recent issue with a lesbian educator being fired and how growing up in a diverse, accepting environment can benefit children for their adult lives.
