The forces against us are incredible, yet many have discovered ways through them and have achieved their dreams! In this episode, Steve Arecco and Tim Ryan delve into the abyss! Their Mastermind Group which meets once a week, has become their foundation on which everything else is being built! As promised...Here is Steve's Morning Routine for Health & Prosperity: 1. Wake up 5:25am. Before getting out of bed, ask myself "What am i grateful for?" (Only positive answers & be specific! My phone is still on airplane mode until my ritual is complete) 2. Sip 16 oz water & take Systemic Enzymes (These have tremendous health benefits, Google them). 3. Meditate a minimum of 30 minutes (I like doing it when i first wake up because my mind is not overly active yet)! Go over the daily/weekly tasks i have already laid out that will lead me to my ultimate goals. I then write my book and personal development course, which has been an amazing journey itself! 5. By now my wife and daughter are awake & I can see them both off. (I run a business out of the house so i'm home most of the time.) 6. Go to the gym: 30 minutes stretching, 30 minutes lifting weights, 30 minutes Cardio (I like the elliptical because i can watch motivational videos on YouTube that pump me up with positivity for the day!) I set my phone to vibrate every 60 minutes from 10am - 6pm m-f, to remind me to take a slow deep diaphragmatic breath & relax for a moment:-) **The 2 most important tools i utilize are: My Morning Ritual which I've tailored to my health & prosperity goals & my weekly Mastermind Group!!
