1. Many of us know that you were in law enforcement before joining NICA as the director of the SoCal League, tell us about that transition and more about your life before NICA. 2. What were some of the biggest learning lessons that first year you ran the program in SoCal? 3. Some of my favorite moments of high school were times where my family, team and I would campout at the race sites, and pre-ride with all the other teams. I feel like the entire race weekend is a little atypical when comparing it to a traditional sport, was this the vision in the beginning? 4. How do you feel NICA impacts the student-athletes that participate, not only in their life during high school but after, college, career, etc? 5. NICA has grown so much in the last decade, what the future look likes for the SoCal League and the NICA governing body?
