Consumer Watchdog President Jamie Court is joined by medical negligence survivor Scott Olsen, who is the proponent of a ballot measure to lift California’s 45 year old cap on medical malpractice damages. Olsen’s son was permanently disabled. 980,000 signatures are being turned in to put the initiative before voters.
