Welcome back to the Mental Breaker podcast y’all! For this season, we will be focusing on a more interview based format in order for you all to get to know a little bit more about the people that make the YOMHEs up. First up is Messiah. He is one of the original YOMHEs and has been with the group since the very beginning. He begins his podcast by telling us a little bit more about how he has been doing throughout the quarantine and what routines he has in place in order to better cope with everything going on. He later begins to delve more into himself, the people he thinks are important to him, and what are some of the passions he has and wants to move forward with. It’s great to be back with all of you listeners and I hope that you are all staying healthy and strong throughout everything going on with the virus, Stay strong, stay safe.
