As Jordan calls it "mental strength", we all face our own issues and problems in our lives daily. We can improve our mental strength in many different ways, one of those ways is having a friend there for a "buddy check". It's something that we all can benefit from and is one of the many ways to keep moving forward and improving your own mental strength. Life has a number of speed bumps it will throw your way and the better prepared we are at facing those  hurdles the better we will come out in the end.
