As the 2018 World Junior Summer Showcase gets underway, we present our visit with the head coach of the 2019 United States National Junior Team, Mike Hastings of Minnesota State. The seventh-year head coach of the Mavericks took over in Mankato after a very successful USHL career, and he has produced 20-win seasons every year. Hastings talks about the start of his coaching career, his inspirations and his philosophy in building a program at Minnesota State.
