Hosts Sonja and Rex are both Millennials of different backgrounds, upbringings, and life experiences, but they're friends (and former co-workers). Millennial Trash is aimed at seeking relatable insight and stories shared by two different people who are nothing alike from the outside, but pretty similar at the core.
