With finals week around the corner and the seasons on the verge of changing, life can seem quite stressful. Stress is not a bad thing, it's not a something we should let weigh us down in our daily activity. Stress is simply a reminder that you're in a current state of "too much" and you need to return to that beautiful home frequency. Our home frequency is the space in which we reside when we are content and in understanding with the universe. It is with the understanding that we are capable of doing everything we need to do. We just may need to incorporate some mindfulness techniques in order to accomplish these things in our best health. We are talking all about the bedroom for Kat's Crumble this week. Ask yourself, "what is it I do in bed?". If your answer isn't "sex and sleep," make sure you listen till the end to understand why you're doing it wrong. Your bedroom should be a reflection of the peace and serenity you desire when you come home; a place where stress can't enter.
