This week D Lo visits Modern Times Brewing at the Belmont Fermentorium in Southeast Portland. Though born in San Diego, Modern Times has become a Portland staple in less than two years. Combining modern flavor profiles, a diverse collection of hazy IPA’s, Barrel Aged Stouts, fruit infused pales and traditional lagers, Modern Times is a creative playground of brewing perfection.
