We can use this weapon to overcome tough obstacles in life. We can use this weapon to hit personal bests. We can use this weapon to get a promotion at our jobs. We can use this weapon to push us through the last 10 minutes of a workout. When we pursue our fitness and life goals, it's crucial to work on conditioning our mindset so we can consistently go after our biggest goals and ambitions.
