In this episode I speak to Lizzie Bond from Changing Tunes, about how music can be used to bring a sense of hope and joy into prisons. We talk about the particular challenges of working inside the prison system and how music workshops, performances and professional recordings can be ways to approach some of the life challenges prisoners and ex prisoners face both inside and transitioning.
