As I continue to reflect on 2019 and look forward to 2020, and beyond, I have discovered a new way to approach my business that will support my long term and short term goals. I have an online business and and offline business. My offline business, (sales recruiting) pays for everything that I do online---except it's not all that exciting. My online business is exciting, but it doesn't generate anywhere near the income that my recruiting business (offline)does? I need to be excited about what I do everyday otherwise I will not be able to sustain long term success. So I needed to come up with a plan. A new way to approach business that would be exciting and profitable. Something I could do for the next 20 years and not get bored. I talk about what that is in this episode.
