Robert Litan is the director of research at Bloomberg Government. Prior to Bloomberg Government, he was Vice President for Research and Policy at the Kauffman Foundation in Kansas City, where he oversaw research relating to entrepreneurship, and a Senior Fellow in Economic Studies at the Brookings Institution.
