Sean & Caleb begin by going through the NFL Coaching hires that have been announced this offseason. They start with Urban Meyer to the Jacksonville Jaguars, Arthur Smith to the Atlanta Falcons, Robert Saleh to the New York Jets, Brandon Staley to the Los Angeles Chargers, and Dan Campbell to the Detroit Lions. After seeing how those jobs fit together, Sean & Caleb look at the modern era finalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame and each of them pick five guys that they think will get enshrined this year. For Two and Through, we look at the teams that have made an exit in the divisional round and ask a question about each of those teams. Last but not least, Caleb & Sean deliver their x-factors for the Conference Championship games between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Green Bay Packers and the AFC contest between the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs as two of those four teams will be heading to the Super Bowl.
