In November's podcast, James Cave (DTB Editor-in-Chief) and David Phizackerley (DTB Deputy Editor) discuss whether primary care targets for managing blood pressure control in older people are achievable or desirable. The editors also introduce the first of a series of articles that consider therapeutic challenges when preparing for pregnancy and highlight some of the key issues that should be considered for all women as part of pre-pregnancy care.
