Viewpoint Presents with Malcolm and Michael Johns returns for Episode Four with a fiery and yet detailed assessment of all that's at stake in this November's hugely important presidential and Congressional elections, including economic freedom, the enforcement of the rule of law, and whether or not America makes the mistake of taking a possibly irreversible leap into a socialist future. They also explain the political motives of those behind the pandemic and street riots, and what Americans can do to ensure its liberties and founding principles are defended. 2020 Stakes Malcolm and Michael take a very detailed look at the stakes in this November's presidential and Congressional elections, including whether we would even recognize America under a Biden/Harris administration. They assess the fiscal, social, and national security policies that Biden would likely implement, including likely increasing taxes on the middle class, vastly increasing the federal government's role in the economy, possibly cutting Medicare and Social Security benefits for the elderly, doing nothing to secure our nation's southern border, getting the United States back into hugely flawed global agreements and entanglements, and leading America into a possibly irreversible state of national decline and socialism. Communist China and the Radical Left's Tactics The two major current crises confronting America, the coronavirus pandemic and street anarchy, both have political origins that are designed to diminish Trump's popularity and distract American voters from his vast accomplishments between his January 2017 inauguration and the pandemic's onset. Yet, the strategy may backfire. The American people increasingly recognize that Communist China holds full responsibility for releasing the pandemic and that the street riots are a product of far-left Democrat mayors refusing for political motives to enforce the rule of law. President Trump, on more careful evaluation, is the solution to these two national crises, not the cause of them. It's Trump, not Biden, who would hold China accountable and uphold the rule of law while Biden would refuse to stand up to China or Democrats' embrace of anarchy on our city streets. Our National Predicament America is now at the crossroads. The decision confronting voters this November is whether, in electing President Trump, it will maintain its national identity and global greatness or whether, in electing Biden, it will take a likely irreversible leap into a globalist, socialist future that surrenders America's founding values and sovereignty to a future of big government, high taxes, and globalism. How did we find ourselves so close to potentially losing our nation's exceptional founding values? America's conservative and liberty-minded movement for the last few decades has been large but poorly led. Conservatives have largely won the battle of ideas, but they have failed to communicate or organize in the ways necessary to turn these important intellectual victories into vital political and public policy victories. The result is that younger generations now see socialism as a reasonable and even desirable future--and America's founding principles are eroding. Not all hope is lost, however. Beginning with its 2009 founding, the Tea Party movement demonstrated how grassroots Americans can organize in support of liberty-minded values and win even the biggest of political and public policy battles. Absent the Tea Party movement, Obama likely would have succeeded in his goal of "fundamentally transforming" our nation. Instead, his eight year presidency changed little. The Tea Party movement won the U.S. House in 2010, blocking Obama's legislative agenda, and then went on to win the U.S. Senate in 2014, and pave the way for Donald Trump to run and win a populist, grassroots campaign against the entire political establishment. Today, organizations like America Out Loud are filling a much-needed leaders...
