Olavo Abreu started his jiu-jitsu journey in Rio De Janerió and received his black belt form Master Carlson Gracie. Olavo is an accomplished competitor with his proudest achievement being the winner of the 1998 Brazilian Nationals. His career led him to coaching Brazilian Top Team and eventually starting the mission of setting up the world famous ADCC championships in Abu Dabi.
