Another archery season is among us here in Missouri. Despite the heat this week, we had several hunts that took place with success. To hear more about these hunts and how we plan to tackle these next cold spells, download this podcast! With temperatures pushing 90 degrees last week, we still tried our hand at bow hunting to break the ice. The first sit of the year was an aggressive move that resulted in a doe harvest. But this would not have been possible without super clean access and winds during that hunt. Another observational set lead to putting eyes on a target buck. This intel was just what was need to dive into the tree later this week. A fifteen-degree temperature swing is forecast for this week, so more intense movement is expected. Hopefully, we can close the distance on one of these target bucks.
