Phil Strasser has dedicated his life to perfecting the art of cooking meat.  He is known as The Meat Guy and is the author of Your Meat Mate.  Featured on The Morning Show on Channel 7 [twice] with his demonstration on how to cook sirloin steak and skirt steak, Phil certainly knows a thing or two about meat!
