President Donald Trump’s 2018 budget blueprint calls for a more than 13 percent cut to the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The budget would also eliminate the $3 billion Community Development Block Grant program. T he potential cuts have some Ohio officials worried about how to make up for the lost funding.
