I think we all know that there's certainly truth (some hard) regarding your previous job experience shaping you as a person. These experiences are a rite of passage. I'm sure we've all had a job, or maybe several, where you just couldn't take it anymore. However, we want to dive in a little deeper on these "character" building moments that our previous employment has offered and also discuss how these experiences have shaped not only where we are today as entrepreneurs, but who we are as people.
