In this episode of The Candid Fitness, I chat with one of my clients and an incredible friend Rudraksh Mahajan. At his heaviest, Rudraksh was 120 Kgs. Today he is 99 Kgs. He has literally transformed his lifestyle in the last few months. Through this journey he has learnt so much about himself and by experimenting with different things, he finally got to a system that has worked for him and has helped him lose about 21 kgs. And when I say system it's not just about a diet or exercise, but also the way he sets small goals & milestones and then tracks his progress over time. That said, what he did was not easy, he will tell you how relentlessly he worked to achieve his goals despite all the hurdles of binge eating, lack of motivation and resistance to change. But he did it anyway! It's amazing to see how he has been able to stick to it with sheer determination and commitment.
