On the Gameday Podcast we discuss the history of Coach Ray Garza who is currently the head baseball coach at Brighton High School, and is also the new head softball coach at Riverdale Ridge High School. We talk about coaching philosophies and how to properly execute them as a coach, and we talk about the relationship that parents and players should have with their head coach.
