Dr. Lisa Spoden is the CEO of Hotels at Sea and Co-Owner of Oasis Winery. She is currently Senior Vice President and was co-owner of the lobbying and consulting organization—-Strategic Health Care. She has a PhD and MS in Health Services Administration.
