As Jesus' disciples, we show him to the world as we bear fruit - as we love, as we forgive, as we are kind, compassionate, gentle, and patient. We get to show what God has first shown us in Christ. But the only way we can bear this fruit in our life is being connected to the Vine, Jesus. Remaining in him through the Means of Grace is where we see all he has done for us that sets us free to live for him and others. This sermon based on John 15:1-8 was preached on the Fifth Sunday of Easter, May 2, 2021, and is the fifth and final sermon in a series called, "Easter Changes Everything."
