George O’Neill has been an innovator on the leading edge of Canadian real estate sales and marketing since the advent of social media.  With a rich family history in sales, especially real estate sales, George has an intimate knowledge of traditional sales techniques.  The importance of sales language, scripts, advertising and marketing strategies are all tools that George has seen used effectively over the years.  But about 2007 George recognized a dynamic shift in the ways sales and marketing professionals could build relationships and deliver high quality service to their customers and clients.  Harnessing the power of social media first, George leveraged his traditional knowledge into a lead generating, brand building machine that saw strong gross commission income and strong customer retention.  Over the years George left active sales to become the CEO of a major real estate association in Ontario.  After shepherding the association through a major transition, George once again heard the call of capitalism and identified what he thought was a great opportunity and returned to the real estate sales.  This time by conceiving and developing REVALIO.  A real estate portal that caters to the consumers desire for trusted information while helping real estate professionals connect with qualified and motivated buyers and sellers.  Georges visit with ReMarkTO was a great conversation.  Dave Chomitz and Addy Saeed had a great time talking with and getting a better understanding of Georges concept of catering to the wants of the public and allowing them to come to you when they’re ready.
