Time-lapse footage the Oregon National Guard setting up for their exeval. An exeval is an inspection conducted by the Joint Interagency Training and Education Center every two years, and is designed to measure the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) team’s ability to respond to a natural or human caused disaster.
