Hello Runners, I hope you all are doing well and enjoying the nice fall weather. Running in the fall is such a pleasure…at least for me. I live in Denver, Colorado so the temperatures are cooling down and running in the 50 degree range is perfect. I am not a warm temperature runner and found it tough the years I spent on Maui.
