The Namers have settled in a valley of immense history. Tigers wander to and fro, means and ends inscrutable and dangerous. Fungal "Shadow People" venture from their caverns and offer mutual aid, but live in fear of the sun. Strange mechanical beings tumble about, and some claim that they are living beings themselves. Among all this, the Namers struggle and thrive, working to find safety, power, faith, and food in turn. But their ignorance of the cultures and histories around them could turn things foul all too easily.
