It's normal to have what we call "bad days." However, it's too often that we allow bad days to ruin something good. One of the greatest tools that we have been learning about during this journey is learning to push through difficult times, depression, anxiety, or even just laziness. All those things (and more) crave one thing and that's more negativity. If we feed that energy with more negative energy, it's a very fast downhill ride from there. In this episode we get candid about days like those and why we believe you should work through them, instead of succumbing to them.
