INTERVIEW: Today on the podcast I’m really excited to be in conversation with Lindsey Simcik. Lindsey is the co-host of the podcast series Almost 30, and I’m thrilled to have her on the show today to talk about her latest endeavor and passion project: The Sacredness of Being Single! Some might say that Lindsey is an expert at in-betweening — a term we dive into deeply on the show today — it’s what got her started on her podcasting journey and continues her curiosity in all things wellness, spirituality, and growth. On today’s episode Lindsey shares with Bedside what she coins as one of her most sacred times of in-betweening: the 6 year period in which she was single. On the show today Lindsey shares her personal story of finding her partner, but more importantly, finding herself along the way. We unpack the judgement and pressures around being single and Lindsey reframes for us how we can better begin to collaborate with our soul desires, redefine our need stories, and take back the narrative of the season of singlehood. On this episode we cover:Lindsey's 6 year long single periodNavigating an in-betweenDating yourselfCommon fears around being singleIdentifying our "need" storiesLiving a life of magnetism Leaning into the unknownThe power of rituals Mentioned Resources: Almost 30 PodcastSacredness of Being Single Solo EpisodeSacredness of Being Single CourseAaron Rose spirituality coachConnect with Lindsey:@lindseysimcikwww.lindseysimcik.coConnect with Bedside:@thebedsidewww.thebedside.coBe sure to rate, review, and share this episode with a friend!
