Here's a healthy and easy salad to make!  You will need: some kind of protein, like egg or tuna  a carbohydrate, like potatoes or pasta  then some veg – make sure you use lots of colour! You'll also need a clean jar or tub to put your yummy ingredients in and a knife, to chop anything up. This one's really simple – all you need to do it prep your ingredients and layer them up! Done!
